9 lb 3 oz Maris Otter
2 lb Crystal 30
1 lb Crystal 60
7 oz Torrified wheat

Hop bill:
3.5 oz Fuggles @ 60mins
2 oz EKG @ Whirpool
1 oz Cascades @ Whirlpoop

Yeast:
2 x White Labs WLP008 East Coast Ale yeast
(brewer did a 2.5 L starter to pitch around 400 billion cells)

Other:
2 x Whirfloc tabs @ 10mins

OG: 1.053
FG: 1.012
