On June 25, 2020, we had Ivan Kozoletov on to talk about some tips and tricks to making fruit mead. Ivan is a homebrewer, meadmaker, BJCP Mead Judge and GIS professional by day trade from Prince Albert, SK. He mostly makes fruit & berries-based mead from locally sourced ingredients and has won multiple awards in USA and Canada including 8 cups from Mazer Cup International. Ivan also makes beer and once ranked #7 homebrewer in Canada in 2013 Brewer of the Year before family life took over.
