On July 16th, 2020, Victor North discussed some domestic Canuck styles for our monthly Speaker Series. North has worked in the beer industry for a decade, originally as a brewer. He began a contract brewery in 2014 and tried his darndest to grow it into a bricks-and-mortar company right up until the money ran dry in 2016. He has worked at Niagara College Canada ever since, in an educational and administrative role for the Brewmaster and Brewery Operations Management program.
